Client recently bought the apartment below him, requested to turn both of them into a duplex with an internal stair case between. New classic design with a touch of modernism. Opening the slab in between the two apartments, then making the steel structure staircase and cladding it in marble to appear as an original part of the unit was a structural and permits challenge, but was done successfully and in excellent time.
