Client recently acquired Face Lifting of a Luxurious apartment in Sama Towers- Maadi. It is a spacious apartment with a prime location over looking the Nile on the top floor of a 28 floor tower on the Corniche. The apartment is very well finished with a lot of wooden cladding, yet was neglected for a long period of time and also the finishing works already in place are outdated and there is so much more that can be done with such a distinguished location and area.
