A family that wants to stay close in life, the owners of the three siblings that own those three villas wanted to utilize a common garden and maintain the same theme for the villas facades while each have a unique identity at the same time. For the pilot villa designed, three alternatives for the building facades were made where in each of them a modern look but a total unique identity was maintained. The older brother also wanted to expand the whole villa to 680 m2 while it was originally 360 me only. Expanding the basement for all that original as well as extra space also gave him a lot of liberty for indoor activities
