Client had four adjacent villas, a master (Grand) one for himself and three surrounding ones for his three sons. All had basements, which inspired us to extend its use in lowering the gardens level to the floor of the basements level, this idea added one whole usable floor for each of the villas, encouraging him to sell one of them to a friend, and using the funds acquired to finance the whole project from that revenue.
